Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests and staff members safe during your visit.
* Stringent Cleaning - We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces, vessels, flight gear between each and every tour and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.
* Social Distancing - Our vessel capacity is limited to 12 passengers. We ensure that all staff-members wear necessary PPE during our tours.
* Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, please immediately notify us and we’ll work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.

This system excepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Gift-Card, Active Promo and Coupon Codes are also accepted.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
A. passenger count. B. credit card information and/or gift-card/promotional code. Please note that once your tickets have been purchased, passenger count reductions are not possible and any future passenger additions will be subject to availability and must be purchased through an agent or the online ticketing system. Prior to purchasing tickets, please review all policies below.
Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and location indicated on your boarding pass. San Diego Parasailing Adventures will hold reservations only for the number of passengers indicated on your boarding pass. Failure to arrive at the designated location by the designated check-in time may result in boarding passes becoming VOID render the reservation in-valid. In this event NO REFUNDS will be awarded.
All group and/or private charters must be cancelled no later than 14 days prior to departure date, (or as indicated by contract). If cancellation occurs outside of these parameters a 50% cancellation fee will automatically be charged.
Standby passengers must be prepared to board the vessel at a moments notice. Standby passengers will be selected using a first come/first serve protocol and may be awarded seats in the event a reservation holder fails to arrive ontime.
All passengers must arrive at the gate no later than 15-minutes prior to departure time. San Diego Parasailing Adventures reserves the right to cancel or re-assign the reservation of any passengers who arrive later than 15 minutes prior to departure. If a reservation holders seats are awarded to full-fare paying standby passengers a partial refund or a future voyage may be issued.
San Diego Parasailing Adventures reserves the right to cancel any excursion in the event that minimum passenger requirements are not met, a mechanical or equipment malfunction occurs, potentially dangerous weather conditions are present or perceived I.e. measurable rain, lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other general condition deemed by the vessels Captain to be unsafe.
In the event San Diego Parasailing Adventures cancels any excursion, NO cancellation fee will be charged and a full-refund will be awarded. San Diego Parasailing Adventures generally operates during light rain. Cancellations due to poor weather conditions are at the sole discretion of San Diego Parasailing Adventures.

Warning! "BRING AT YOUR OWN RISK" Notice to all passengers: There is a significant possibility you and/or your belongings may become wet and/or damaged during your excursion, we strongly advise that you consider leaving behind all electronic equipment and/or that you secure the items in a safe, dry environment prior to departure. San Diego Parasailing Adventures Inc. WILL NOT be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property caused by water or any other circumstances related to the operation of the excursion.
PASSENGER DRUG, ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATION POLICY
San Diego Parasailing Adventures Inc. employs a ZERO TOLERANCE policy toward drug use and/or possession while on-board our vessels. In addition, excessive consumption of alcohol and intoxication will not be tolerated. Please be advised that the vessels Captain at his/her sole discretion reserves the right to have immediately removed from the vessel, any passenger appearing to be intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs. The Captain may also dispatch authorities or US Coast Guard Officials to assist in having such passengers removed from the vessel (without refund). San Diego Parasailing Adventures Inc. may also pursue financial damages for any loss of revenue and/or damages resulting from such activities.
